VAT is zero‑rated for supply‑and‑fit to new‑build properties
Our Gold service is the same our Platinum, only you manage the installation with our help. It’s like supply-only on steroids. Just let us know what you need and when you need it and we’ll split the material delivery or send it all at once. Your nominated installer will get phone and video support and we’ll send a certified professional to inspect your ductwork before it’s hidden behind plasterboard forever. Finding and fixing just one minor snag can avoid a lifetime of hums, rattles, leaks, or other frustrating problems.
Regulation 7 states you must use registered, competent people for the build. The ADF(1) Appendix C completion certificate requires a signature and registration number from the same. So if your installer has not attended a recognised Competent Person Scheme for domestic ventilation, then provided their install passes our meticulous scrutiny, we’ll sign off the install for you. Final system inspection and signoff is carried out at the commissioning visit by our Airflow approved technician.
With Gold you still get the initial consultancy, 3D modelling and walk-through design if needed, full design, product, and compliance guarantee, ADF certification, Building Control notification, support cloud setup and optional service contract.

Our Silver service is like Gold without inspection visits or system set-up. It’s a discounted, supply-only trade sale with limited support, intended for those employing registered ventilation professionals directly. Silver excludes mechanical consultancy, split material deliveries, installation or project management, commissioning, Internet/cloud set-up, Building Control notification, or any guarantee beyond the manufacturers product warranty.
If installed exactly as designed the system will meet ADF regulations, but the design is provided as a general guide and may require on-site adjustments to achieve a perfect fit. The fee does not include retrospective design amends to reflect the final as-installed system.
