Next time you need MVHR just click the green button on the right. For estimating we only need floor plans and ideally elevations. The site plan, sectional drawings, and ideally the CAD plans can follow later if the initial costs look OK. We’ll need those for the design work. PHPP, SAP calcs and TM59 thermal modelling are useful too if appropriate.
With MVHR design underway we’re happy to discuss insulation and airtightness strategy. But you have to Ventilate Right before you Build Tight.
